Details: Trusted can not be applied for, you have to earn it.
Felon is for people who have gotten in trouble, by breaking the rules or being dishonest and won't be taken off until shown otherwise.
Recruiter is a rank for people that have brought 5+ people to the server, will only be given if the people acknowledge the recruiter in member app. (ips will be check)
